My mother took me here about 15 years ago as a teenager when I was an "odd size" for typical chain bra stores. The positive experience stuck in my memories, and I returned recently to purchase bras after having two kids of my own, and needing a completely new fit for that post partum/post breastfeeding body. The staff working there were so incredibly attentive and helpful. She helped me pick out the perfect fit and even a piece of lingerie/nightgown that really made me feel special for the first time since giving my everything to having my children. The price point is on the higher end, but you get what you pay for. High quality, long lasting products that are tailored to fit you perfectly.

Julie is the kindest, most empathetic woman I have ever met. When I told her about my breast Cancer diagnosis and upcoming lumpectomy she was a wealth of knowledge and compassion. I highly recommend Julie and her team.

I have a very large bust and have trouble finding bras. The last two times I needed bras I went to this store. It is the best! Know what they are doing , don't waste your time, will not sell you anything till it fits perfe tly. Lovely staff. Will ever go any where else! Made my day!

Terrible experience, I agree with a review posted previously that gave it a negative review. I had an appointed booked with Julie for a fitting. I drove 30 minutes out of my way to attend in bad weather to show up to a locked door, two women whispering saying do you have an appointment, to which I replied yes I do at 10am. They said they were filming CH Morning Live and asked if I could come back in one hour. I said I have an appointment and I couldn't, that this was terrible treatment of a cancer patient . She didn't care so I left. Local paid news segments trump a cancer patients.

I was very skeptical of this store when I walked in but my 80 year old Mom (who has Alzheimer's/Dementia) insisted we come to Greta's as she has bought bras here for years and wanted a new one. My Mom didn't have an appointment (which is recommended) but the store does accept walk-ins.

My Mom explained what she wanted in a bra to the bra fitter and I was worried because the bra fitter (who said she worked at this store for about seven months) took a gamble and sold my Mom something completely different that the type of bra she was looking for (a soft bra vs. a fully padded bra) and expensive at $145 plus tax for just one bra saying it was from France. I thought initially my Mom was taken advantage of as the policy is no cash refund UNTIL...

I received the best phone call from my Mom (on a later date) and she said with excitement that this is the best bra she has ever owned and that she has never had a bra fit so well! My 80 year Mom kept raving and raving about this bra and said the sales clerk (bra fitter) was right and that she was going to tell everyone about Greta's!

To make my 80 year old Mom that happy is priceless! Thank you to Greta's Flair Lingerie!

Late September I went to Greta’s flair to look for something that I can wear under my dress to smooth my body for my daughter wedding.
Shea asked me to bring the dress in and she will be able to help me. On October 1 I went back there with my sister-in-law and have my dress. Shea looked my dress and looked me and picked what I needed. She brought it change room two different sleepers in two different sizes, and told me how to put them on and which one to try first. One that I tried first was one that I got it. She was very nice and helpful and professional,
I was looking in so many different stores and couldn’t find anything.
I couldn’t be happier to have found the perfect place where you can find things that are worth the tip to Ottawa St.
I will recommend this place to all the ladies, especially if you’re mother of the bride, like I was.
You will not be disappointed!

I am getting married in October. I have been looking all over for bridal lingerie to fit my size. My mom remembered Greta’s (30+ years ago when she got married). My mom made an appointment for me, I was hesitant because I have had such bad luck but the ladies were wonderful and so inviting. I worked with Sarah, she measured me and the first bustier she put me in fit like a glove. Bra fittings can be a very intimate experience. Sarah made me feel comfortable and honestly took all my stress away. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. If I have a daughter someday I will be caring on the tradition by bringing her here when she gets married.

I've been going to Greta's for many years and always get excellent service and find the right fit for me. Very helpful when I needed something gentle and that could be adjusted after abdominal surgery. Its always my go to bra place! Beautiful swimsuit and sleep apparel also. I've looked at a friend and said "you look great but the girls need some help" and took her to Greta's. Undergarments make a huge difference and should be fitted properly.

Very nice staff and customer service was above and beyond! I got fitted for a nursing bra and the fit was great, but when I went home to find it became uncomfortable pretty quickly. I went back to the shop and we tried to problem solve the issue, they ended up figuring out that I was sensitive to the elastic and they sewed on some soft stretchy fabric which worked and I can comfortably wear the bra all day now!
