In our experience bras that are well cared for can last four to five years.

We recommend hand washing your garments in the sink with Forever New. This is a citrus soak that rinses nicely, smells fresh and doesn’t stay in the fabric. Machine washing your bras is not good for them and putting them in the dryer is a definite no!

Yes, we recommend a bra fitting to ensure that you’re comfortable and supported. About 95% of women wear the wrong bra size, which is why we start by taking your measurements. Then, our team of bra fitting stylists work with you to try a variety of styles and shapes. Together, we’ll figure out which is more comfortable and provides the most support for your unique and beautiful body!

At Greta’s Flair bra sizing is an experience that usually takes thirty minutes to an hour. Get ready to be pampered!

We look at how the bra fits on the shoulders, neck and back. When your bra fits properly it can reduce pain in these areas. We also look at the strap positioning and ensure the straps aren’t falling off. We look at how the bra fits in the cup; when you bend over does your breast spill out? Sometimes women need to change the style of bra for their body type.

As we age our breast tissue changes, so sometimes when you bend over the breast tissue can spill out of a bra that has always worked for you in the past. Bras have different depths and styles that will suit your body differently as you age, or if you’ve gone through a major change like pregnancy, a mastectomy, or weight gain or loss. In all these cases it’s important to come in for a proper fitting.

We sure are! We can work with you to custom order a perfect fit. Most department store sizes stop at DD, but we carry bras for women sized AA to N. If you need a size, style or colour that we don’t carry, then we may be able to order it for you. We can also let you know if an item becomes available that’s a specific colour, style or material that you’re looking for.

Yes! We offer seamstress services so that we can alter bras as needed to ensure the perfect fit. Sometimes our clients request us to move the closure from the back to the front, so it’s easier to do up (this is especially important if you have arthritis or shoulder pain).

Other common adjustments that we make include adding a dart in the straps to adjust and increase strap comfort.

Our alternations may be able to be done on the spot, or we can do the alteration and call you when it’s ready to pick up.

Yes, you can buy matching panties with most of our bras. Some women are passionate about their sets!

Yes! We offer gift cards and gift wrapping. Our products make the perfect gift for your special someone.

If you’ve been in for a fitting, then you can reorder an item over the phone to save time. We can keep items that have been paid for in full until you’re ready to pick them up. Items that with a 50% deposit can be held up to two weeks only. A product without a deposit can be held until the end of the business day.

A good bra is an investment, and we recommend budgeting approximately $300 – $500 per year for four to five quality bras that are built to last.

We offer an exchange or credit only; no refunds. All panties, swimwear, shaper panties and novelties are final sale.
